Anita Ngo is from Viet Nam and is currently living in Apple Valley, MN. As a senior strategic communication major at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, she has developed in-depth skills in social media, including creativity and storytelling. With the skills learned and practiced at the college, Anita is passionate about working in a nonprofit organization and working to make the world more extraordinary.

Anita starts her internship as the 2023 Spring Communications Intern. She is motivated to explore the greatness of a multicultural community and support the Karen community by promoting KOM on social media platforms and newsletters. Therefore, she is excited to be a part of the Karen Organization of Minnesota to use her knowledge to bring positive messages to the community.
